Direct Messages (DMs) via the Substack App
Contacting me through DMs using the Substack app is my preferred method of communication.
Access to my DMs is an exclusive benefit for platinum subscribers that I follow via the Substack app. You can expect a response within 48 hours, although I usually respond much faster.
To send me a DM, go to my Substack profile and click on the ‘paper aeroplane’ icon next to the ‘Subscribed’ button.
If you’re a platinum subscriber and find my DMs ‘locked’, please ensure you’ve downloaded the Substack app and that the Keep, Ding, Ghost newsletter is correctly displayed on your Substack ‘Reads’ list. Doing so will make your profile visible to me (and others) as a ‘subscriber’, which will allow me to follow you on the app and give you access to my DMs.
Comment Section Under Posts
Another effective way to contact me is through the comment section under posts (including this one). While I strive to respond ASAP, I guarantee a response within 72 hours.
Gentle note: The comments section for most posts is exclusive to premium subscribers. But don’t worry; the comment section for this post is one of the few open to all subscribers.
Google Chat
If you’re a premium subscriber and don’t have access to my DMs via Substack, you can use the DM feature on Google Chat (find me using hello@keepdingghost.com). I can only respond to DMs from premium subscribers, so please use the email address associated with your Keep, Ding, Ghost premium subscription. You can expect a response within three business days.
Email
If you prefer to email me, please use the email address associated with your Keep, Ding, Ghost subscription. Subscribers can expect a response within five business days, with priority given to emails from premium subscribers. Unfortunately, I cannot promise a response to non-subscribers.
