FREE CV Reviews
I may also pit your CV against others in head-to-head simulations to help you understand that your CV is only as good as its batch and why that should boost your confidence even if you're rejected.
⚡️Welcome to Keep, Ding, Ghost, a newsletter that unlocks the CV-related feedback employers often withhold from job applicants.
Remember that company that rejected your job application despite your great CV? Remember how you didn’t get feedback on why you were rejected or why the person whose CV made it through was selected? This newsletter will show you what probably happened.
A common problem faced by job applicants is employers who are unable to provide detailed feedback on their CVs and, more importantly, specifics about how they compare to the CVs of other candidates.
I have 10+ years of extensive experience in screening candidates for internships and full-time graduate positions for highly selective and reputable firms in the UK and US, such as Morgan Stanley and the World Bank Group, and I’m keen to contribute to solving the “lack of feedback” issue.
If you’re interested in an insight program, internship, or full-time graduate role and would like to test the strength of your CV before submitting your application, I encourage you to take advantage of my FREE CV review service by letting me evaluate your CV for this newsletter.
I’ll give you a real taste of what to expect by allowing you to be a fly on the wall as I review CVs, which I may also compare against other CVs so that you can finally get the feedback you’ve been craving!

If your CV is selected to be reviewed, you'll receive a summary of the evaluation via email (in written form, audio form, or both). The feedback may include a summary of the main strengths and weaknesses and tips on how to enhance your CV.
CVs selected for a FREE review may be published in the newsletter and made available to eligible subscribers so that everyone has an opportunity to learn from the evaluation of different CV examples. To ensure anonymity, if your CV and its evaluation are selected for publication, your real name will not be shared.
CV review requests will generally be processed in the order they are received, following a first-come, first-served approach.
I hope you’ll find the CV review service helpful—whether as someone who sends in their CV for review, tunes in when other people’s CVs are being reviewed, or both! It is certainly something I wish was available to me when I was applying for graduate jobs. While the careers service teams at my university and business school were brilliant at guiding how to craft an excellent CV, it would have been highly impactful to have also had a service like the one I am providing through this newsletter that would have candidly compared my CV to the CVs of others so that I could get a better understanding of the nuances that could cause even an excellent CV to miss out on graduate job opportunities. Having this understanding could have helped me become a more strategic and, thus, more competitive graduate job applicant much sooner, as I would have been better prepared earlier. I am confident it would have also helped me reduce burnout!
So, I hope you all take full advantage of this service on my behalf, lol!
Have a fantastic day!
